The compound feed mill with capacity 25 tons per hour provides all pig farms of production association “Dmitrogorskoe” with feeds. In 2014 the senior management of the group of companies decided to improve massively the compound feed mill and the elevator located in Konakovo district of the Tver region due to the expansion of crop areas and building of new pig farms. In 2016 one more renovation of production was carried out. Today the plant produces 25 tons of feeds per hour. It is worth nothing that only the loose compound feeds were produced here before the renovation. However, it is economically unprofitable to transport such feeds over long distances; moreover, there is a possibility of product separation. That is why today the total feeds are produced in the form of pellets.
The process chain of the plant is made of ready modules: raw materials batching, milling, mixing, pelleting. The plant is completely automatically controlled, which makes it possible to monitor the production cycle at any time and to carry out record-keeping in the real time mode. Total quality control of the raw materials and ready products, including biosafety standards control, is provided by own production laboratory. Read FeedArt #15
