On the 18th of August 2022 the compound feed plant of AO “Poultry plant Zelenetskaya” was put into operation in Syktyvdinsky District, the Komi Republic. The arsenal of the new production includes two independent compound feed production lines from the company „Technex“ with a total capacity of 30 t/h. Modern heat treatment technologies maintain the highest hygiene level of compound feed. The use of an automation complex enables continuous monitoring of all technological parameters and ensures strict compliance of the manufactured product with a given recipe. The elevator capacity is 80.000 tons of grain. This storage volume will guarantee smooth operation and reduce raw material costs. Annually, the plant is able to produce more than 90.000 tons of complete feed. This capacity covers the needs of the poultry plant and makes it possible to increase the output of meat products.
