The total capacity of the plant is 600 tons of products per day. The automated production control system makes it possible to reach the maximum precision of the set formulas and to control the product processing carefully at each process section. Production of high-quality prestarter feeds with a pellet diameter from 2 mm at the Kovylkinsky compound feed mill has become possible due to the heavy duty pellet mill GKT-660 by company TECHNEX. The smaller the pellet size, the more energy is required for production, as has predetermined the choice of the equipment.
